Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are great! However, the hourly paid wage here at Exceptional Pets-Maricopa is under what everyone is making around us at other facilities. EP-Maricopa has grown and is very busy. There are people not getting the same pay for the same job and they have been here longer. Raise hourly wage
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders have been very supportive and caring with me. I had some issues with my first position as CSR and she (Brianna Bryce) found me a position that is more accommodating to me and my physical needs. I am very appreciative. My new manager TJ Shaw is also very supportive with my well being
