The lack of transparency from our new HR Executive is very concerning and the people she has aligned herself with internally is discouraging. She should be an advocate for the employees and their success not the success of the company at the employees expense.

I have fait in our CEO and my direct manager. They care very much and I can see it in their actions and statements.
