Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company as a whole has a great culture and vision. I wish the training program was more built out for new LOs and that there was a mentorship program to help learn the "How" about this business. Passing the test is the easy part, how to do the job and do it on the highest level is the hard part.

Company values its people and clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others makes me happy. (Borrowers and co-workers)

I am new and don't have any feedback yet. :)
