My experience at Guidewire has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel supported, valued and appreciated, but at the same time encouraged to develop and grow in my career. It has been a truly great experience over this past few years.

My experience has been extremely positive, over the past 4 years I have worked with some fantastic people and have been given the opportunity to grow and develop professionally, receiving two meaningful promotions during that time. There is a strong sense of community here which is fantastic.

The leadership team demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of engaging the employee base, they are transparent in their communications and regularly take time to connect with employees and ensure we are aware of the work going on at the executive level.

I am most happy when I am engaging with employees across multiple locations and in multiple roles, I really appreciate having the opportunity to meet and work with so many different people. The variety in my work really motivates me, no two days are the same.

There is a very "family" feel to the company, people are passionate about helping others and think like "One Team". Our "Cheers to Peers" channel is always full of shout out's and kudos to other employees who have gone above and beyond for others, it's really refreshing!

The total compensation figure is strong when compared with other tech companies. The basic salary and long term incentive form the bulk of the total comp figure, with the typically less reliable "bonus" figure representing a smaller part, this makes it easier to predict compensation into the future.

There are many employee resource groups that celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion at the company. Every month there are several ERG events that employees are encouraged to participate in, they are a great way of connecting with employees all over the world and really drive a positive culture.
