What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to become more connected to the realities of day-to-day work and take into consideration all feedback before rolling out programmes that will only hurt compensation, such as taking away LTI from the lowest paid people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part was the LTIs but these have been removed for those who are P3 and below, if the base salary is not increased again this year then people in that bracket will be worse off than they were with the LTIs
