Overall I love the company and the people I work with and despite the difficulties and feeling slightly underpaid and not appreciated I have not thought of leaving yet and I think this means a lot.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to become more connected to the realities of day-to-day work and take into consideration all feedback before rolling out programmes that will only hurt compensation, such as taking away LTI from the lowest paid people.
