Few opportunities for advancement, little interaction with manager, mundane tasks, difficult coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make sure all teams have the quality of work life that product development enjoys. Less monoculture in certain departments.

Teams need to be less monocultural and individuals more open to finding the best solutions regardless of who the ideas come from.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some parts of the company are overworked and underfunded. Execs need to take immediate action to address this or culture will suffer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best solution should win regardless of who comes up with it. "The Business" isn't the sole source of truth nor is management.
