I see people in leadership that look like me. I have partners that inclusive and I am able to be myself.

I love my boss and my direct reports. They are always understanding. So fun and innovative and we each care about each other outside of work performance.

Base pay. I would eliminate RSU if I could. They are not performing well and based on my offer, I would have gotten more if I had more base compared to the pay out that would have happened if we were doing well.

My team is open, honest and inclusive. They work to meet each leader on their level instead of expecting to come to them. They are invested in building relationships and team. My team cares and that is something that many dont have the opportunity to experience.
