I just celebrated my 7th year in this company and I know that it's something that needs to be celebrated. Our company is not perfect like any other relationship (family, business partners) but as long as you knows how to accept that there is still room for improvement, we are in a better place.

My overall experience here is awesome and amazing! I am grateful being part of this company and I was able to share on how to have a positive outlook in life!

Been here for almost 9 years, I loved my pod/team that I considered them as my family. I started as Accounting Associate & now I am one of the Accounting Team Manager. To be honest, this season is very challenging because of the inflation and it will be better to have at least a salary increase.

Our culture and environment in our company is always fun and exciting. No doubt about that because our culture team makes sure that we enjoy that time.

Our team is the best team because we make sure that we always work as a TEAM and we always collaborate and discuss on how are we getting to improve our work.

Even though our set up for now is WFH , I know in my heart that I am still excited to do my job and my works to be done as soon as possible to meet my client's expectation.

I can say that our team is one of the best and the numbers of resigned members is not that high. We make sure that we work as a team and no one's left behind. We treated everyone as a family.

The best part of my compensation package is that they had a quarterly performance evaluation on how you are doing well with your work. I have a quarterly incentive and out of scope incentive based on the quality in doing the client's financials.

I like how our leadership team thinks and plans ahead of time on what will be our status quo in a work from home set up. They make sure that all of us will be safe during this pandemic season. Also, they are very much concern for our health.

I have been in inDinero for more than 5 years, I must say that our culture here is super fit in a work-life balance in which we can do work well professionally and at the same time enjoy our life with our co-workers and have time with your family.

One of the best things about my team is that we considered them not only as co workers but as a family. We can share anything not only work related but also personal matters. I am very much happy working with them. We try to help and support each other.

Honestly, from management down to the staff levels, I am happy working with them. We make sure to support and respect each other's opinion. No hesitation in sharing some personal matters with them. We work also as a team to make sure that we deliver the best reports to our clients.

In my 7 yrs here, I must say that I am happy to share with my colleagues and sub team about my learnings and experiences staying in this company. Also, as a lead, I am also happy to learn on how to handle a team for them to stay and being happy doing their work.
