The best part of our compensation package is the quarterly bonus, which truly reflects our performance and grit we put in to deliver results. I also appreciate the additional benefits that come with career progression, recognizing our growth as we move up the corporate ladder.

The best part of the benefits package would definitely be the vision/dental plan for the whole family. The vision plan is a GREAT value for the coverage.

I feel my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the scope of my work and impact. Regular performance-based reviews or adjustments aligned

Increased pay, a different bonus structure because the current one doesn't work. Higher 401K company match.

I feel undervalued because my current salary does not reflect the level of responsibility, experience, and contributions I bring to the team. A salary adjustment in line with my role and market standards would make me feel more fairly compensated.

Annual compensation reviews are inconsistent. Usually it extends for a couple of months and percentage of increase is insignificant.

Salary is low compared to competitors. I just wish there can be an alignment especially those people who stayed and salary was left out by those new hires.

The firm should consider either a mid-year bonus or a 14th month pay as many similar firms have adopted this. This will be helpful for employees pursuing further education or those with children going to school as this coincide with the enrollment period.

Our compensation remains below market average, despite attempts to justify otherwise. To better address inflation and create a tangible sense of improvement, it would be more effective to base merit increases on their peso equivalent rather than a percentage of salary.

I believe I was not aligned yet with my current position.

I feel it doesn't fairly reflect my experience, so I feel like I need to prove myself and hope that leadership recognizes my value after the fact.

Salaries could better align with other jobs currently available with other companies. Raises could be given regularly and in a timely manner.

The SSP target is too high, to know that I'm bringing in $20K of revenue a month and getting a fraction of a fraction of the amount over that is frustrating.

Length of services should be considered in determining salary, it seems that new hires and experience employees are just at par in terms of salary; there should be annual review of salary and merit increase

I believe being a Manager is a privileged but at the same time crucial role. You need to properly handle your clients together with the admin tasks but you also need to look out your your team and be available to them to mentor and assist. I think my salary is not yet aligned based on my position.

I feel valued as an employee. But, the compensation for the Controller role is quite low based upon market standards. Similar roles are minimally paid 20% higher. Moreover, this role is more demanding than comparable Controller positions due to multiple client management.
