The people I work with the closest are wonderful - a solid 9/10 and I love working with them. People from other departments average a 4/5. Many of them either don't know what their job is, how to do their job or simply don't care to do their job. This makes my job harder.

Everyone is always so busy! Communication is hard bc there are so many priorities people tend to forget what was previously discussed and rarely have time to prepare for meetings.

The teams don't really make sense, they don't all do the same work, they don't have shared clients or even shared types of clients. Perhaps have groups that can chat based on business types (ex: Saas, construction, non profit, etc - share tips and tricks)

It is very difficult to build a rapport with most of our US colleague since they rarely communicate even about matters that concern our clients. I also feel like the US team is very reluctant to adapt to changes and would rather have the PH team do it most of the time.
