What I find most positive about our company culture is the consistent effort to promote true work-life balance. Our mental and physical well-being is always prioritized, along with the time we spend with our families.
Most positive is that we are working from home, we don't need to travel an hour/s to get to the office and the fact that we are almost flexi time and it feels like less pressure to do our work but we make sure that we finished it on time.

Go back to the core of the company. InDinero used to be a fun work environment with work-life integration. Now, it is all about work, meeting the management's desired utilization, monitoring this and that, etc. If the culture is going to be this stale then at least pay us the industry rate.
