What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every Changes or New stuff are always disseminated via Slack channels or through All Hands general assembly

Understanding why employees are leaving the company and figure out what needs to be fixed to retain employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best Compensation so far for me is the free HMO every year
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I was not aligned yet with my current position.
Salaries could better align with other jobs currently available with other companies. Raises could be given regularly and in a timely manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, Participation and Sharing of Ideas
We treated as a family and work as a team.

The most positive culture in our company that no other company has is the annual charity or gives back held every December.
Our company tried their best to maintain our company culture.

I am happy with our pod specifically because we maintain our respect to each other and treated as one family.
