Compared to other public accounting companies Indinero provides a better work life balance with a real 40 hour work and a more realistic utilization. If salaries were maintained more in line with the current job market no other company would come close.

Indinero does a lot of things right and provides a much better work life balance then other public accounting companies. If management would be willing to address employees salary comments in a constructive way then Indinero could be the best company to work for. Please listen to your employees.

Increased pay, a different bonus structure because the current one doesn't work. Higher 401K company match.

Understanding why employees are leaving the company and figure out what needs to be fixed to retain employees

Salaries could better align with other jobs currently available with other companies. Raises could be given regularly and in a timely manner.

Not relying on exit interviews for decisions about pay. Employees have left for better paying jobs, but don't want to burn bridges in case they ever want to come back so it isn't mentioned. Current employees are saying that compensation is low and not keeping up with cost of living increases.
