Low pay, tip-dependent. Customers pay me but my boss barely does. They subsidize their low wages with tips, like every other restaurant, which tanks the economy by keeping workers in ever-deepening poverty. Give me a paycheck that actually pays my rent, or i will unionize.

They need to do their entire jobs and not sit around, just waiting. If they were paid more, they'd be happier, too. It's stupidly simple, really. Jimmy John's pulls in millions of dollars a year and overspends on advertising. Stop it and pay your essential workers.

As a delivery driver, we ensure that your food reaches the community. Yet we get no car insurance help, no real, tangible benefits, low pay, and low hours. You could improve this by introducing a union to the entire company, no matter the owner. Force a union and you will see happy workers.
