They make sure stuff gets done, if theres and issue with our store they make sure to help fix the issue

My gm is the best of the best

I love the leadership team but I am not fully trained and I would like to bring more to our daily operations but I have to be completely knowledgeable about the opening and closing of our stores.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Letting employees eat, also informing that your cutting my pay

Listening to emplyees. I am a assistant GM. I have 5 Years and am not being trained or moved up. GM have low experance, gosip and target emplyees.

Pretty much none of them have been trained or if they have the owners tell ignore training. GM only has like a week of training and doesn't know anything about his position. Upper management do everything behind closed doors with little to no communication with staff and are cliquey.

Communication, with customers and coworkers. Especially the new employees, I did not feel welcomed

Everything... learning how to do their job

Forming a union so they can give part- and full-time workers benefits, livable wages, and more. Also, we want car insurance. Not "help" with car insurance.

This company has a habit of making sure that minorities are undervalued for their work effort, workplace discrimination and bullying are ignored, and serious issues regarding management are never taken care of.

Allowing the general manager to generally manage. Our area manager won't let the general manager higher/fire people, set schedules, or maintain the store. It seamed odd because their bonus is tied to the general upkeep of the store but they have no say in getting things fixed.
