What did you like most about the interview process?
Welcoming vibe, wasnt an Intimidating Experience.
Very straight to the point
They hired me at 14. Without an application
It was simple. No stressful. You walk in sit in the lobby telk then about yourself and then wait to load into the system if your hired and do your vidoes.

The perceived visually seemeless introduction that actually was more deceitful than honest. JJ's is garbage company of scheming corporate big fish in little ponds trying to make cash off blue collar workers by cutting corners on hours clocked in. Alot of labor fraud

I liked how quick it was
it was a very comfortable environment and very easy-going. and got offered the job on the spot AND a free sandwich or cookie
At least the manager was friendly and polite, yet not overly so as to be creepy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually vetting applicants and explaining the details of the job before hiring them.
It needs to be more than a greeting and "when can you start?" Anyone will be hired regardless of whether or not they are even able to perform the job.
