Everybody tries to help eachother, nobody is left out to dry
The emplyees i work with. I love the work pace and that everyone trys to set eachother up. The negstive part comes when the Gm never sets shifts up. I was just assistant Gm it left everyone futrates always trying to catch up when the Gm should be the best worker.

That all inshopper build eachother up, taking initiative to teach one another. Managers are power hungry vultures for hours and unfair wages they didn't earn, but merited off the backs of their subordinates

There needs to be a mandated training course for new employees rather than hoping they will learn on the job as well as sensitivity training.

Start by paying your employees a living wage. Next start a fund for driver tires. Then start giving regular raises. Then stop taking away manager bonuses when something vital breaks like the oven or heater or cold table.

Probably needs to loosen lesser important laws like having your shirt tucked in during an audit and the no phone rule, and really start looking at the integrity of the people they hire to be managers or general managers especially
