What's most positive about my work culture is the customers. I haven't got too many complaints, and all the customers are fairly nice to me. The environment at my company is undivided though.

Favoritism. My hours are being cut, even after multiple times of requesting more hours. New workers are getting more hours than me. Managers are giving employee of the month to workers who haven't even worked there for a month. Even after I'm the only one who received perfect scores on tests.
