Serving customers yhoooo making sure there's product availability in store o remember last year December on Christmas day we were closed. But I decided to work to prepare for the following day took out cob from the chill it's the love I have for my job but there's no encouragement we're unseen q????

Due to no structure and no firm leadership, we are not getting anything done properly when it comes to service, speed and quality.

It just needs new management and a more positive setting for them to perform the way they suppose to

People don't take responsibility to get things done and they leave it for someone else to do. Everyone needs to come together and worked as a team to meet the needs rather than putting it all off onto one single person

We are slow, and many customers complain about the general manager.

The company is known to treat employees terribly, keep us in the dark on imporant future roles. Signing us up for future roles without asking permission, telling people employees have quit without having a conversation with said employee who has requested more shifts.

More inclusive of LGBTQ people, especially transgenders. I've let my crew know multiple times but to no avail. I want to quit most days because of this. I've heard manager say disrespectful things about me as well about my gender identity in another room as well.
