Most of the co workers get along and are there for you when needed and the customers are usually very nice.
Keeping everybody informed and up to date
We train as thoroughly as possible according to each employees capabilities. Some learn faster than others so we do our best to not overwhelm new hires along with working with anyone struggling mentally or with burnout. It's made us closer as a team because we show care.
Just the overall atmosphere of some of the co-workers, everything else about the job is overwhelming and chaotic
The customers are nice and they are pretty quick at getting their food out.

there isnt anything, even little things like giving you a post card of appreciation, half the time didnt even get a thank you. it wasnt like my hard working ethic was expected but more i didnt even have a choice

I believe the negative employees who have brought pure uncomfortabilty and made people scared anxious and nervous need tk be removed. My cowokers shouldnt have to come to work worried about what could possibly happen
My GM's agressive and negative attitude needs to change. The lack of communication between managers and team members needs to change. The inappropriate Conversations and use of substances by the team members and even one of the managers.
Better treatment of staff, a method to anonymously ask for advice and help at work with management/franchisees
