The KFC family we value our store and we value our customers and we work with each other to fulfill that atmosphere in the restaurant, so customers can enjoy their own experience coming in.

The pay is the only thing i can say thats fair when they feel like u have worked hard the will give you more even if u did work hard they show favoritism

Most of the co workers get along and are there for you when needed and the customers are usually very nice.
Keeping everybody informed and up to date
We train as thoroughly as possible according to each employees capabilities. Some learn faster than others so we do our best to not overwhelm new hires along with working with anyone struggling mentally or with burnout. It's made us closer as a team because we show care.
Just the overall atmosphere of some of the co-workers, everything else about the job is overwhelming and chaotic
The customers are nice and they are pretty quick at getting their food out.

Most coworkers have a good attitude and make the shift more so enjoyable to get through and finish the tasks for the day.
Make friends with other people
Getting a new store manager and get rid of all the drug users as well as employees respected more and treated fairly
The managers being held responsible for there wrongdoings and actually apologising when theyre rude instead of being written off as "different managing style". These two specific managers need to be properly trained and disciplined for there issues and affecting the mental health if the team

I believe the negative employees who have brought pure uncomfortabilty and made people scared anxious and nervous need tk be removed. My cowokers shouldnt have to come to work worried about what could possibly happen
My GM's agressive and negative attitude needs to change. The lack of communication between managers and team members needs to change. The inappropriate Conversations and use of substances by the team members and even one of the managers.
Better treatment of staff, a method to anonymously ask for advice and help at work with management/franchisees
