I was interviewed by a former general manager whom no longer manages KFC North. he interviewed me with respect and was more so looking for a worker rather than a friend.

Just look over all things and pick good people

Actually call people back, schedule interviews and follow through with the interviews don't leave when they are scheduled
Have some thats qualified to do it and not hire all theyre friends and run the store the correct way

Pay the previous manager her WORTH. Bring her back & let her get the store back in place. She was real, direct & step the standard of the company. The company lost a great manager & since she has left, the store has been in complete disaray.

Give more people interviews!! There so many people that ask for a job and no one gets an interveiw
When i walked in for my interview i heard people that was working already "where is crystal" which is the manager another replied "i dont know shes been gone for a long time she probably is sticking a needle in her arm again you know her she does that all the time you dont see her for long"
