Review from Operations Dept

meeting my new bosses .

It was fast and easy

The gm at the time was friendly positive caring and lifted you up and let you know when you were doing good and rewarded you

I was interviewed by a former general manager whom no longer manages KFC North. he interviewed me with respect and was more so looking for a worker rather than a friend.

Being able to express yourself and getting to know your future coworker

It was just simple and easy so it made it go quick.

That I got the job because she was desperate to hire a new cook

I thought it was ok. Cause I thought this was a good process in the beginning, but not anymore.

That I got the job

That I got the job

I was hired twice. I was not put on the schedule the second time.

Review from Customer Success Dept

the area coach who interviewed me was pleasant, all questions were answered, it wasn't overly stressful either

Everything seemed to be very pleasant and respectful, in the job interview everything was very good

Review from Sales Dept

It straight forward and they gave you the info you needed

Who enjoys the interview process

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

More detailed questions before hire, making sure the person they interview is worth hiring, and not hiring family members

They do it relatively fast

The general manager can be more engaged and scheduled with his interviews.

Just look over all things and pick good people

I wasnt even interviewed when I started working for KFC

I would make it better organized

Actually call people back, schedule interviews and follow through with the interviews don't leave when they are scheduled

Have some thats qualified to do it and not hire all theyre friends and run the store the correct way

More training, more hours, better communication

Nothing it is okay i think

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing really interview was good

Review from Sales Dept

Interview through video calls or

Chosing employees who are happy to work, not going into interviews with the mindset of the 'older the better' and being fair

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay the previous manager her WORTH. Bring her back & let her get the store back in place. She was real, direct & step the standard of the company. The company lost a great manager & since she has left, the store has been in complete disaray.

Never was put inside the system

Interview interview interview i didnt actually have a real interview i was asked if i could get there and do i have my info with me id etc and that was all

Review from Customer Success Dept

It should include more information on what we will be doing. Majority of the things i do i was never told

Nothing actually its alright to me

This isn't about the interview process

Give more people interviews!! There so many people that ask for a job and no one gets an interveiw
