We cooperate and communicate with each other's needs and customer needs through each other by making orders and delivering orders from the counter or outside, keeping track of receipt/orders while doing so.

The employees are nice and helpful and share similar experiences/views on the terrible management, making them relatable and easy to talk to. And knowing that we can talk to each other about the difficult managers without the fear of being judged
Its only a few of them i can speak highly of not all team members. The ones i can count on are the best team menbers to work with

The team I was working with were good people and most of them were hard workers. Aside for just a couple of them they dragged their feet and they didn't do their job correctly.

The manager is the problem simple he doesn't know how to tell his associates when they're wrong or when he feels they're not doing something the way that they're supposed to be doing. He will just talk about them to another manager and expect that manager to relate the message. Not very professional
