How professional the leadership team is
There is no leadership in out store. We might have a "leadership team", but there is no actual structure

Needs all new staff with healthy communication and proper scheduling not the day before a schedule or later on
Better training. Give breaks. Properly staff. Fix equipment. Freezer. Etc. A manager who respectfully lead their team. STOP DRAMA AND TALKING BEHIND EACH OTHER BACKS. LEARN TEAM WORK ABD RESPECT
They need to be educated on whats appropriate to say and do in the work environment . They need to get better at creating a safe and friendly work environment.
Remove managrment personal that does not follow Kfc work ethic policies
