I was nervous at first but getting to actually be apart of the team and seeing what it actually means to be a great Team member. Everyone motivates each other, being Helping hands when other team members are fulfilling an orders, which might be switch food making more food to serve or stocking.

How professional the leadership team is
There is no leadership in out store. We might have a "leadership team", but there is no actual structure
Its ok sometimes but sometimes they drama

managers need to show up for work and stay at the work place until closing time
Needs all new staff with healthy communication and proper scheduling not the day before a schedule or later on
Better training. Give breaks. Properly staff. Fix equipment. Freezer. Etc. A manager who respectfully lead their team. STOP DRAMA AND TALKING BEHIND EACH OTHER BACKS. LEARN TEAM WORK ABD RESPECT
