I come in early I work hard I do what's ask and some I feel I deserve more pay because I am the cook the Lee Cook and without the cook there's no sales like I said I'm very good at what I do and I just want to be paid fairly

My GM's agressive and negative attitude needs to change. The lack of communication between managers and team members needs to change. The inappropriate Conversations and use of substances by the team members and even one of the managers.

More inclusive of LGBTQ people, especially transgenders. I've let my crew know multiple times but to no avail. I want to quit most days because of this. I've heard manager say disrespectful things about me as well about my gender identity in another room as well.
