What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I actually work for a dual KFC/ Tacobell that is individually owned and as long as I have been in this industry I have never experienced such a poorly ran company. The open door policy definitely needs work as well as the professionalism and advancement opportunities that are promised and training.

I am not making what I was told I would be making although I switched locations. Also was offered a Rgm position that I have yet to hear anything else about. The benefits that should be offered are not in place as well as other policies.

Coworkers can work on being more prepared and not going outside all the time to smoke, in the middle of working. Also communicate more often and stay in their position of job instead of wondering off doin random things when they are most needed in their position

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More inclusive of LGBTQ people, especially transgenders. I've let my crew know multiple times but to no avail. I want to quit most days because of this. I've heard manager say disrespectful things about me as well about my gender identity in another room as well.
