The process was actually pretty fast.
The dedication shown from the higher ups could make such a bigger impact if the team actually felt appreciated.
The crew is hardworking and should be held at a higher standard but they aren't yet they still come in and work hard
I am not making what I was told I would be making although I switched locations. Also was offered a Rgm position that I have yet to hear anything else about. The benefits that should be offered are not in place as well as other policies.
I actually work for a dual KFC/ Tacobell that is individually owned and as long as I have been in this industry I have never experienced such a poorly ran company. The open door policy definitely needs work as well as the professionalism and advancement opportunities that are promised and training.
