It's been very positive. I've done a ton of growing in the years that I've been here, and any time I want to take on more I'm afforded that opportunity. On top of that, I get to work with my friends. The relationships I've built here have been such a positive aspect of working at Levelset.

Levelset's leadership team is transparent, unafraid to get their hands dirty, and open to differing ideas.

The leadership team is transparent and levels with the team when necessary. They show that they truly care about the team's well-being.

It's democratic. Everyone's free to speak their mind, and ideas, opinions, and emotions are all taken with attention and care. On top of that, just about everyone here is a joy to work with and is willing (if not eager) to make personal connections.

They're willing to be really honest and transparent, and I have no doubts they're all working their tails off to help our company reach its goals. They're also willing to listen to different points of view and don't use their station to thwart anyone. They're democratic about things.

Most everyone's really excited to be here and gets behind the mission of the company. Everyone's open and friendly which makes interactions with coworkers a lot of fun. It really sticks out when someone isn't all-in, which is a testament to how much everyone wants to be here.
