Leadership team is smart, they REALLY understand the business, and they really care a lot about the people here and putting everyone in a position where they can succeed, and have great opportunities.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is market and takes care of me, with lots of upside in bonuses for great performance, and equity.

The best part about the comp package is that it FITS with the company, its ambitions, and the advantages of working in this environment. The stock options give you a chance to share in the financial rewards of the opportunity. Unlimited vacation + the international travel stipend fits well, etc.

I can't imagine a more positive culture. We are constantly sharing good news from one group and one person to the next. We are constantly giving recognition to one another and celebrate big wins, and small wins. This is an engaging, and positive culture.
