What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the X amount of dollars I get a year towards international travel.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I believe I am not fairly paid. In addition, the idea that my department is a entry level department creates a feeling of being undervalued within the company. Our CEO recently stated in a meeting with our department that "your goal should be to leave the department."
