I think it's average and it is reasonable in comparison to other companies in the same city and I like the benefits in general and the culture it comes with it.

Tech salaries (admittedly across New Orleans) are definitely lower compared to nearly everywhere outside of the south.

Comparing with other companies that are even smaller in size than Levelset, a peer of mine could be making 1.5x of what I'm doing and sometimes more, with less experience.
