What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is probably the travel stipend, although I haven't had a chance to use it in the ~2 years since I started working at Levelset (that's my own fault though!).

I'm paid a little low for market value, but Levelset's generous benefits and great culture make up for the difference. Having flexible time off takes so much stress out of my life and if anything only makes me feel more productive and driven.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is excited about the company mission and is excited to solve real problems in our industry. It shows that people aren't just here for a day job.
