It's a culture of learning and failing. Fail some and learn a lot and all of us become better individually and as a whole
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm an incredibly autonomous person and I really appreciate that my manager lets run under my own power unfettered. It really helps me be creative and create amazing stuff at work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I came to work at levelset because I knew the caliber of the people I'd work with is so ridiculously high and I'd have a hard time to find that level of creative anywhere else.
