I like to see the company grow. I like seeing people on the team hit their goals and grow professionally. It feels like we are all growing together.

zlien moves fast. It is uncomfortable for some, but it is exhilarating for most. You rarely see people playing on their phones, that's because everyone is busy getting work done. It's great energy.

The leadership team had humble confidence. They are driven to succeed and they believe the best way to succeed is through intellectual honesty, transparency, building a great company culture, and working hard to hit milestones.

While zlien's leadership is young, they have built a great culture and they are committed to investing in the personal and professional growth of each team member. There is a fair amount of autonomy for everyone in the organization to get their work done and challenge themselves professionally.
