What do you like best about the leadership team?
They push you out of your comfort zone, but still provide the support for you to be successful. This facilitates growth as an individual and as a team.

There's an air of trust/respect in the Levelset environment that I haven't witnessed in any previous workplace. You feel like a person, not a number. Your goals are priority to leadership, and that's really nice to have, on top of being a super fun office in general!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation package is good. Tough as a sales rep when getting started as you are only making your base and getting very little comp for scheduling demos. Makes the first couple weeks/months tough as the average AE in SAAS base is higher than here

Title changes do not come with raises, 401k non existent and no matching will be had when it does exist claimed to be because stock options given yet stock options are not significant either.

My team is always willing to help. Everyone I've interacted with at Levelset wants me to be successful, and its shown through more than words. You can see it in how people are treated and what is prioritized. We work as a team and we win as a team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an evaluation, just a venn diagram of expectations/needs coming together. We had quite a few items fall in the middle portion, and it made sense to team up.

The sales management team wanted me to read two books in preparation for my second interview, and it was challenging because I was wrapping up my senior year of college at the time, but it allowed me to grow in my knowledge base and be that much more prepared for the role.
