My salary is commensurate to my success at zlien and the unlimited vacation is invaluable (even though I don't take advantage of it enough!).

Work outings are fun because everyone views each other as friends more than they view each other as coworkers (although we still get a lot of work done!).
What are some of the best things about your team?
While everyone is competitive with each other, I am amazed by how strong the friendships are throughout the organization. Most of my time spent out of work is actually spent with current and former zlien employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team mostly consists of employees who started at the company early on, so they were responsible for doing much of the day-to-day work. That experience helps them to give specific, meaningful guidance that all employees can use to success in their own jobs.
