What do you like best about the leadership team?
Two things actually. 1)The level of transparency Levelset has is honestly shocking. It allows us to be not only more attached to the mission, but it also more successful overall 2) The leaders at levelset truly care about me me as a person and my success.

There's a commitment to our core values, starting all the way at the top. Our leadership team executes at a high level of proficiency but isn't afraid to do the work and get involved with our customers and with the work our frontline employees are doing. Communication and transparency are respected.

The leadership team takes the time to get to know everyone on a personal basis. They are passionate about the employee experience and you can tell they truly care about the team.

Most of the members of the leadership team at zlien have built the business from the ground up, and therefore, they are truly invested in the company. They don’t sit in big offices behind closed doors. Instead, they work right next to their employees and consequently, are always accessible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited Vacation- International Travel Stipend.

Probably our unlimited paid time off! I put in 110% when I'm working, but I'm assured that I can the time I need off to focus on recharging my batteries. This has been especially important during the last few months with the pandemic. Even if we can't travel right now, I can take time for my family.

Everyone is super friendly and I know that we all genuinely care about each other .

Openness to be who you are and working in an atmosphere where we push one another but don't compete.

My team is amazingly skilled at problem solving. The work we're doing is tough, and a lot of time the answers to the problems we face aren't clear or black and white. Our team is great at putting our customers' needs first, and figuring out the best way to help them and accomplish our goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Core Values truly reflect everything we do. They are there to be used and thus results in a very positive atmosphere.

Recognition is celebrated at every level here. Sometimes it's a shoutout at a company meeting, or a congrats from an Exec team member. Other times it's just a thank you from my manager or another team member for putting in the extra hour here, or the extra effort to finish a project on time.
