Lots of critical thinkers and problem solvers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Levelset is truly mission-driven. We're trying to figure out how to get our customers paid...fast.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in and trying to solve tough challenges. Helping people work well together. Removing obstacles that come up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team does a good job working together. I think it translates towards teams working well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the overall package is fair. I also like that people asked for a 401k and the company responded and started offering one.
