my overall experience with Proofpoint is very positive. rare do i see a silicon valley company thrive and care about employees the way PFPT does.

my overall experience is both positive and some negative but mostly positive. Positive with working with good/respectful co-workers doing meaningful work. Negative because i feel that promotion and career advancement is not fully planned out.

the base salary is the best part.

What I can think of is everyone seem to be very helpful and willing to help others.

my team works well together and care for each other as human beings, not just as co-working professional colleagues.

It used to be RSU's but now that we have none, I would say the bonus that has been attained for more than 100%.

my team is very helpful and has very good character. I would hang out with them outside of work in a heart beat.

What makes me most happy is when I match a good candidate into a good role. And when a manager gets a good hire.
