Target: Little training and few resources to complete tasks. A lot of working in different areas than what you were hired as or what the schedule says you'll be doing. However, if you can find good team leads and ETL's they will help you.

Something else that bothers me is the fact your a multi billion dollar company and still have lots of hackers/exploters.

And having more tranparent talks with their employees about growth. I dont see people who actually put effort being valued in the company at all.

The people and culture are excellent, but compensation remains a concern. I hope the new leadership team addresses this issue in the India office.

California Pizza Kitchen: The support in house is good. My general manager is very nice. Corporate is unrealistic and out of touch with how a restaurant actually works. They also automatically take out tip money out of my revene but wont let us use auto gratuity so sometimes I end up paying for the guest to come in.
Upflex: My overall experience with Upflex is awful. I can't recommend working here as long as the current leadership stays in place. Our leaders are awful and incompetent, and these qualities are made worse by their close-mindedness and huge egos.
