ASML: I learned a great deal ar ASML because of the sheer volume of work and great talent. Unfortunately I was the only woman on the leaadership team ans found it very difficult to build relationships. It was very cliquey and lots of finger pointing and ultimately I left. Hours were also crazy, no WLB.

Food lion: Food Lion could improve the quality of their store brand products
American Home Shield: The companies they use to complete work. The last three individuals sent out, for three different issues, were poorly qualified and did sup-par work. One was so bad they damaged my dishwasher and AMS had to replace it.

City National Bank: I started working at city national for about a year and like the team.
Dollar General: My Senior Leadership failed to provide clear expectations of role and responsibilities.

Marriott: The employees Wanted to give shout out to the doorman Kermit at the JW Marriott in New Orleans who was outstanding! He helped guide me to great resturants , how to stay safe in the city and got me a cab lined up to return to the airport. Always have a smile on his face and willing to help .

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: I have stayed here longer than I have remainded with any previous employer and i plan to retire from this company. It is frustrating when you have co-workers come into your area and not do a complete or quality job. I enjoy the daily challenge or service repairs.

Tractor Supply Company: They're always reliable, knowledgable, and fairly priced.
Dairy Queen: If I had any benefits besides only 1 week of PTO every year.
Boston Medical Center: One of the best places i have been to they truly care about their patients and do their best to make us feel comfortable
Red Bull: Interaction with the public and its customers and that red bull has been the same from the beginning. The flavor is the same unlike many ither companies that change the taste, ingredients or just discontinue the item altogether.
Xylem: Excellent company with great benefits and ability to advance.
Unilever: As with most companies, it's just about the bottom line - so the executives at the top can afford their yachts. While the workers struggle to make ends-meet.
Crown Castle International Corporation: This company has been mismanaged from day 1 and now has the worse employee moral in my 30 years in the industry.
Alkami Technology: I have had my shares of ups and downs here at Alkami, but they have done a good job of trying to resolve the cons and provide a fit that is better for me and to resolve any compensation woes. My current manager is really good and I understand what I am doing as it contributes to the bigger picture.
Time4Learning: I love working at Time4Learning! The culture here is awesome and incredibly positive. Every day, I look forward to coming to work because of the supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The team is always willing to help each other out, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie.
Meta: With all changes made at Meta during 2024,2025 the company no longer care about its employees as it use to. Everything have changed and not to the better

Volunteers of America: VOA is supposed to be a nonprofit outpatient mental healthcare organization that serves the most vulnerable populations in a community. However, all of our higher ups make decisions that focus on making more money, even if those decisions cause determent to the vulnerable populations they serve.

GE Healthcare: I never take sick time or lay out been loyal for 25 years. Cant take any time off last 2 weeks of every quarter and get the AX . Its discrimating because most are getting it close to retirement age

Alkami Technology: Used to be an incredible company. Everyone cared about helping everyone (internally and externally) being successful. Now it feels a bit like an abusive relationship. Hoping to get a speck of appreciation or recognition. The culture here is toxic in a way I never thought possible.
Alkami Technology: I have only been here for a brief period of time, but I feel like I was immediately welcomed into the fold. I feel like I've known my teammates for years, and everyone is so impossibly nice and willing to help - you don't just find that at every company.

IHOP: Having comunication and people that work
Alkami Technology: Alkami has a bunch of talented employees, but upper/middle management wants it all (between cost, speed, and quality) and doesn't value their current employees. They say they value employees but their actions show the direct opposite and imply they want cheap, expendable employees.

Now almost 2 years in, I fear that my position has no opportunities of career advancement, which has forced me to look elsewhere for other career advancement opportunities.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: Due to the narcissistic and bullying attitude/nature of the branch manager where I work, I find it is fairly uncomfortable and at times hostile. I have reported their bullying and sexist comments previously but as of now nothing has been done about this.

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: I believe the company as a whole is great but is also its own worst enemy. Making too many processes involving too many people who aren't customer facing. Allows people who aren't customer facing to have the power over the customer when they don't seem to care like the local team.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: 14 years, 5 separate BUMs, 3 changes to Operations manager, many changes to operations staff = instability. Overall experience would be great if there were some stability, but it has been very hard to keep selling with customer satisfaction in decline due to so many staff changes
