indinero: For the past 6-7 months it's been a roller coaster ride for me. There are high moments where everything is going well but there are also times that I felt am I doing this correctly since there are churning clients. But overall, it was an exciting and positively challenging.
Stantec: The most positive part is being allowed to work remotely. Less time wasted commuting and being distracted by others.

Sport Clips: Overall it has been good. I am really happy with Team Patulski out of Michigan. I am what we call a "boomerang". I tried to see if the grass was greener somewhere else but I came back because I believe in the mission statement, out values and my team.

Esri: As a relatively new employee (June 2024), this has been the best career decision of my life to come and work for Esri. You may find higher paying roles elsewhere, but the quality of life and positive atmosphere here make this an incredible place to work each day. Training was extensive and thorough!
Esri: For a consulting company, Esri is on the lower side of compensation ranges and promotions, increase in responsibilities, etc. do not always translate into increased compensation.
HCA Healthcare: Too much focus on matrix at the cost of patient care and employee workload satisfaction.
TaskUs: This is mu first and best company.

However, a year ago I got extremely disappointed about it because I was unfairly relocated because management made a raffles to choose the agents to be relocate
Cowan Systems: The company has great accounts in return makes a great job right? WRONG. Safety takes a good job and turns it into a nightmare. Constantly moderating your speed from a computer screen. Has no clue what's really going on but will tell you when you're speeding when in reality you're not.

When it comes to departments outside of the branch, it almost seems most just do not get what goes on and so much becomes expected of us
First Merchants: I feel employees on the front line of banking centers aren't valued enjoy. The amount of work/ effort we put into getting customers in and out quickly and finding the best solutions to questions or concerns(Especially while being short staffed) there is no compensation being given.

Foundever: Use to be great when I first started, I joined recruitment as a step up, I recruited for role that were paid less than me. I was encouraged to over achieve, and was given vouchers when I hit targets. Fast forward to 2024, there is no incentive to perform, with poor pay and empty promises.
TaskUs: Parking issue, no coaching session, You don't feel valued. You feel unstimulated in your role. The Bad Consistently Outweighs The Good.
