If I were to go back on what we agreed upon during my onboarding I would get reprimanded, so what gives a company the right to change the terms with nothing to sweeten the deal for my end?

Radiance Technologies: The only complaint I can possibly levy against the company is how the leave policy is crafted - all leave [holidays, vacation, and sick time] are one lump sum. It is my opinion that in doing so, employees are encouraged to work during holidays and when they are sick. Otherwise, Radiance is great!
CVS Health: I'm happy with their dedication to their careers.

RentRedi: They actually listen and treat you as an equal. I never feel uncomfortable to speak my mind, and always feel heard.
