I understand the financial benefits of utilizing offshore personnel, but wish the process could happen more organically, with attrition rather.

DXC Technology: Going almost 15 years without a salary increase or promotion despite having great reviews is unacceptable. If leadership truly cares about the employees they would do something about it.

They said to talk to your manager about special accommodations then told managers to tell people there were no accommodations. I have a 4 hour round trip.

First Merchants: This company has had great potential in the past, but lately feels unfocused. It very much feels like we are not successful and are taking a shotgun approach to try and improve without working with those the changes affect. Moral is very low and our teams are extremely frustrated with our direction.
Intrinsic: I have been an employee of Intrinsic for some time, and have been able to pursue a lot of interesting areas of development. It has been a great to work with such talented coworkers and experts in the field.
DXC Technology: DXC is a company with many strengths and great opportunities for improvement.
Alkami Technology: In two years I've had 3 different C-levels, 3 different VPs, and no opportunity for growth. The overall morale is in the dumps and it's hard to feel good about working here.
First Merchants: Underpaid, underappreciated. ERG's add no value when you take the core reason for forming them(heard that the veteran ERG is open to anyone who supports the military, so it's not really a veteran ERG group and just a proud, American group?). Pay your people and EAC is a joke and needs an overhaul.
Medallia: Medallia is a great place to work and we're on a great trajectory to do some amazing things.
