Linxus Group: Linxus Group is a different kind of recruitment company where the employees are actually cared for and made to feel like an important part of the team. Conduent: Overall, it has been a great experience, it allows me to have great work-life balance, my management has always been very supportive. The people I work with are professional and ethical. No salary raises is a big challenge for a lot of employees as they try to cope with high cost of living.

Conduent: I honestly love this company and my coworkers. I wish I could actually have KPIs that would guarantee a compensation increase if met. I wish I had more control over my role and not be told I'm getting promotions with no increases in compensation. It's disheartening.

TaskUs: I've been in the company for more than 4 years now and I can't think of leaving it. My kids have a scholarship, I have my retirement and insurance, I have my annual merit increase. What could I ask for more. Taskus is really a blessing for me and to my family.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Overall the company is amazing. They make some questionable decisions when it comes to the future state of select applications. They also have an extremely low amount of PTO for people 2 years and under within the company. Having said that, this is one of the best companies I have worked for.

DXC Technology: I like DXC, I dont love it. I like my immediate leadership and teams, they are fantastic. However the company cutbacks and continuous bypass of cost of living increases and merit increases and "promotions" with no increase is really a slap in the face for people who actually contribute and care.
Conduent: I have been able to seek oportunities within the company and learn different rolls. but at the same time I have been under valued along the way, then giving a promotion, but not an increase in pay.
