TP: The front desk attendants were nice, the elevator takes much time so I prefer stairs. Overwhelmed to how many are the TP employees because there are no locker rooms available for the meantime. The security is tight but I think personal space and privacy is a must between the employer-employees v/v.

Dollar General: My dollar general has good staff and managment, but the scheduling is all or nothing. You either work with everyone on staff or it is you and the manager.

Paychex: I've been there selling for 9 years and it would take a lot for me to leave.
Natera: The company itself is great. I love what they stand for. The pay is solid. That being said, there are issues with leadership misalignment from the top down. The leadership team is made up nearly all men who have been with the company for 8+ years and they are not used to change.

When we were hired it wasnt said that the home office could be permanently taken off and due to the wise having a higher salary than other companies we cant even change to another client foundever has.

Cardinal Health: Turn over rate is so high now because this company is not competitive with salary. Our talent has diminished greatly. And currently the average employee in our building has only been here a couple years. Basically a lot of people need help to complete there tasks and rely on veterans too much.
