Selling wipers doesnt need to be a part of our pay. I could drop 2-3 dollars an hour because i cant sell enough wipers. You will lose employees that way we are technicians not salesman if we waanted to be saleman we would go work HVAC or sell cars. I make my company over 400k a year. Pay me for it!
