What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Time management with scheduling jobs in shop we get slammed with work and no chance to eat or break. While they still take add ons and 4-5 recals and some being around 3:30 to 5

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Time management in our shop we’re are worked till we are exhausted with no breaks in a 8-10 hr work day. My manager never can talk to us and seems to never know what’s going on in the shop as they only come out to either smoke or leave for their lunch hour!
