friendly people that care about there people that work for them
They take their positions serious
Nothibf Positive to say except that everything goes better when they're not at work
I was trained very well in the contract center. My coach was WAY too overworked and stressed out, however. She was a great customer service trainer and went on to manage a prestigious health care contact room in Albuquerque.
They are always super supportive
Their knowledge about the company
They arent afraid to try new things
They're not afraid to try something new.
My leadership team is a well-oiled machine whatever Safelite say that's what they do not always right but it's a job as a CEO says
Out of touch with frontline
Honesty willing to help always coaching for advancement
Local level is amazing and hardworking and empathetic. Unfortunately the corporate structure FORCES technician level and local managers to not care. To care is to lose and to live in constant grief. Complete tragedy to watch unfold. Heartbreaking and gut wrenching to care about your coworkers.
We have one that actually cares and tries, a few that are like him but the rest just want numbers.
They at least pretend to care
They have spoken to us underlings in person.
Any appreciation at all is nice
Any employee appreciation whatsoever please
Understanding that that wirhout the technicians we wouldnt have a company worth anything. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
They need a new CEO, It went down hill under Ryan and Renee
They need to listen to their employees that deal with customers everyday. Employees tell management their concerns and the only thing they say is that, it's your job to deal with the problems. They are not very supportive their employees mental health or the toll it takes on them.

Take better care in your people…as a people powered company. People have family’s they need to spend time with and the push for Saturdays disgruntled a lot of these peo
Not killing their people. Overbooked but expect great work and customer satisfaction.
Actually caring for employees and understanding the different roles
Caring less about numbers and more about the health of their employees, not overworking others with no promise of compensation for them.
Everything, being responsible for 1, communicating with each other so every1 is on the same page and proper information is being used as far as hours being logged. structure as far as training is going. I know what i am recieving can not be what it is that safelite has to offer.
Everything. Valuing their employees, listening, caring about heat safety, incentives, better working conditions.
Hire intelligent people who are somewhat trained to manage

More communication and more understanding of job duty
Sticking to 1 decision. Flip flopping every day is infuriating.
STOP TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES UNEQUALLY! The manager is NEVER available when he should be. It's more important to him he be making a TIK TOK VIDEO for employee moral than actually being there for his employees when they need him most.
Realizing that the technicians are not just numbers in a machine and each technician is what keeps this company going. The fact that your pay is lowered based on wiper sales is not the way to keep morale up.
If you are hearing the people doing the physical labor. In their hostel environment unrealistic demotions are a savage way off pushing people out. Legally and morally.
Review from Product Dept
Standing up to the leaders above them and fight for technicians who is the face of the company.
Review from Product Dept
Not blaming everything on the technician
Change all management people from each store
