What are some of the best things about your team?

The Technicians. You learn from them and they learn from you. Company trains you on the basics and you learn the rest on your own. You bounce things off coworkers to learn and become more knowledgeable

Highly diverse and fun to work with.

We are fun get each other's back.

We support each other and reassure each other when managers and directors put programs and departments in place designed to constantly try to find mistakes we could make. We help each other look for other jobs and listen to each other vent about the fear based culture this leadership creates.

My team, besides the manager and lead actually stand up and take initiative. We all work as a team and help each other as much needed. To say the least the lead does nothing but computer work. The team would be far more effective if Dustin the employee that has been here for 3 years was our lead.

All of the techs and office people are great. The manager is great but everything above your direct manager doesnt care about you nor your mamager.

The people I work with are willing to go above and beyond to help

Stop pretending to be the smartest person in the room, and instead focus on achieving something meaningful. Also, just be nice to people.

Be more people friendly and less "clicky"

More collaboration and genuine partnership.

Thr company guves thier employees terrible equipment to work with ! Puting them in danger in un inspected vehicles and forcing them to service the companies vans on their days off !!! Wildly inappropriate

The lack of teamwork/assistance with one another, the way the company is run causes nothing but issues since there is no merit to being a team player, it in fact promotes selfishness and instigates issues between peers.

I dont feel this is a coworker issue it is how the facility is being ran.

1. Leaders do not manage. They allow low performers to drag entire teams and departments down, 2. Abusive culture - your managers will throw you to the wolves, 3. Disorganized and unable to make decisions.

when the work is there everybody should be contributing .not in pensacola too many chiefs being unjustly promoted and pulled from the work force to have mgmt duties delegated to the workforce taking and not requiring said Assistants to help with workloads and loading it on chosen few

We aren't in kindergarten and mgmt needs to crack down on the gossip
